Last night after 8 pm, Elieser Villa contacted the Marion County Sheriff's Office to turn himself in. The female, who was unknown at the time of this report, also accompanied Elieser. She was identified as 23 year old Yvette Espinoza.
Both Elieser and Yvette were interviewed by Senior Deputy Hickam regarding this alleged incident. At the conclusion of the interview, they both were released at this time as the investigation continues.
