A one month investigation by Detectives from the Albany Police Department and Marion County Sheriff's Office has resulted in the indictment of Jeremia Raber, 32, of Salem. Raber was indicted in Linn County and is a person of interest in a Marion County investigation for his sexual abuse of minor children who were left in his care. Raber frequently contacts women by way of social media and on-line dating sites.
Raber is currently in custody at the Linn County Jail.
Detectives are interested in speaking with anyone who communicated or interacted with Jeremia Raber in person or on any internet site. A photo of Raber is attached to this release.
